V1.1 Texturepacks & Fixes


Welcome back! Long time no see (:

I'm finally ready to present the first mayor update of the mod focused on texturepacks!

Keep reading this post if you want to find out what it's all about. Okay, getting straight to the point!

> Texturepacks

First off, they now work inside CMMM-X. Before they didn't. Hilarious.

Secondly, there are 2 new settings available in pack.json file. These being the pack's author, which is displayed directly in the texturepack menu, and the level background color, which is stored in RGB format, opens up a whole lot of new possibilities, and is also compatible with CMMM+!

Additionally, a preview button is now available in the menu to instantly open the preset level for screenshotting.

> Level Editor

Nothing special, just quality-of-life changes. These include fixing the tick counter from taking space on the screen, fixing the level's title going over buttons, bringing back play mode, relocating the "copied to clipboard!" notification, redoing the help menu, and 2 new quicklevel sizes!

> Extras

Here goes a list of other small unordered changes:

  • Added a changelog (Shortcuts menu was relocated)
  • An extra test level (31) because why not
  • Changed the list of options
  • DONOTSCROLLTHECREDITS
  • Removed the shift shortcut

> Future Plans

As you may see, I'm unable to update the mod as frequently as I would wish. You're welcome to use the newly published source to experiment with the things I added or whatever.

Next updates I might work on more small fixes, perhaps some editor tools or even a whole playable level update.
